About Yasmine

My love for all things nature & fascination with the science behind disease began early on. This led me to pursue a path of study in clinical biology with the intention of contributing innovation to the medical field. Whilst these studies gave me a solid foundation and really grounded me in core principles of health & pharmacy, I felt like there was a missing piece.

So I began exploring complementary medicine & holistic practices to help with my mental & physical health struggles of PTSD, heavy painful periods & ADHD, and thats when this piece clicked into place; that to heal we need to view our powerful body as a whole and treat it as such. This means that mental/emotional health cannot be ignored whilst treating an imbalance in the physical and vice versa. All systems in the body are interconnected and need to be in balance to work harmoniously - this was my  'AHA' moment and I haven't looked back since.

The way I work is collaborative. I will help guide you on your health quest and share tools that you can keep & utilise for life. Health is a road of self-responsibility and accountability - there is no one size fits all or a magic pill, but there is a way forward for each of us. I am passionate about empowering people on this journey to optimal health and would be honoured to work with you if you feel the call.
